Bid Notice The Village of Decatur is now taking bids for garbage collection within said Village. Bids may be sent to the Village Clerk’s office at 913 South Broadway, PO Box 156, Decatur, NE 68020. The Village Board prefers a four or five year contract for the garbage collection and reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
