CITY OF LYONS NOTICE OF RENEWAL OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 53-135.01 of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act that Class D liquor licenses may be automatically renewed for one year from May 1, 2021, for the following retail liquor licensee: Herbolsheimer Stores Inc, dba SaveMore Market, said license to be used on the premises known as SaveMore Market, particularly described as follows: 270 Main St, Lyons, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the city of Lyons, on or before February 10, 2021 in the office of the City Clerk; that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons for licensee, a hearing will be had to determine whether continuation of said license should be allowed.
