It can hook up to our system, it is a drive by Fourth version system AMR (program). Do not need to get a new radio when updating happens within Municipal Supply. and no auto shut off. There are concerns of 30 to 40 manholes - radio with 2 versions can go thru the manhole pit. The data profiling stores up to 96 days of customer history. Council double checked that in our JEO Water Study that there was a part for automactic meter reading in the water study quotes. Every 10 to 20 years there is an update to the program/system. There would need to be around 200 meters to be replaced with the current new ones already done around town. There is a 900 megahertz for the frequency, a 10-year battery life, and they provide sizes from 5 to 12 inch for this meter. At 5:57 p.m. - Dave Peterson JEO - Approached Council and Mayor with wastewater plant electrical concerns and the bids for the replacing of the electrical problem. From the NNPD voltage balance showed that water got into the junction box that were into the manhole. Having this repair and replace as well as an upgrade in electrical areas will be preventing the future problems with water. The three bids were from Fremont Electric Inc $89,370.00 / IES Commercial Inc $96,670.00/ West E Con $47,890.55. Electrical Wastewater code has updated since this was put in in 2011 so this will be updated when repaired. Councilman J. Johansen would like to have Dave Peterson investigate NPPD on their report. At 6:19 p.m. Councilman N. Anderson made a motion to choose the bid lowest on the Wastewater Repair & Replace/Upgrade JEO project. Motion was seconded by Councilman L. Blanc.
