Donna Jean (Jordan) Drummond was born Sept. 25, 1943, to Orville and Veda (Eckley) Jordan in Blair. She died Jan. 8, 2023, in Lincoln. She married Lawrence Drummond, Jr. on Oct. 29, 1961, at Tekamah Methodist Church, Tekamah. They had two sons, Terry and Robert. They were later divorced in 1999. Donna lived in Lyons for several years. She is survived by her brother William (Audrey) Jordan of Lincoln, and her sons Terry (Diane) Drummond, of Plattsmouth and Robert (Elizabeth) Drummond of Falls City, by four grandchildren Danielle (JD) Westmark of Bellevue, Mathew Drummond of Omaha, Renee and Justin Drummond of Falls City.
A memorial service will be held at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, 2325 South 24th Street in Lincoln on Feb. 4, 2023, at 1 p.m. The family will receive well-wishers following the service, at the reception, in the church hall. A private family burial will take place later at the Tekamah Cemetery, Tekamah.
