Douglas L. Uehling passed away on February 16, 2024, at the Colonial Villa in Alma, Nebraska, at the age of 80.
Doug was born on August 22, 1943, in Oakland, Nebraska, to his parents Orville and Arwilda (Lowe) Uehling.
Doug was united in marriage to Marcia (Dake) Uehling on June 14, 1969, in Orleans, Nebraska.
He is preceded in death by his parents Orville and Arwilda Uehling, son Curtis Uehling, brother Stephen Uehling, parents-in-law Clarence and Viola Dake, and brothers-in-law Nolan and Vance Dake.
Survivors include his wife Marcia Uehling of Orleans, Nebraska, son Keith Uehling of Overland Park, Kansas, brother Russell Uehling and wife Joyce, brother-in-law Blaine Dake and wife Lana, and sister-in-law Connie Dake.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at the Almena Bible Church in Almena, Kansas, with Pastor Ron Martin officiating.
