INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids for the construction of Water Treatment Facility Improvements, Lyons, Nebraska will be received by City of Lyons, 335 Main Street, Lyons, Nebraska 68038 until 12 p.m. local time on August 12, 2021 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction within and modifications to an existing treatment building including demolition, structural modifications, concrete repair, installation of pre-purchased equipment, plant piping, connection to temporary treatment system, electrical, mechanical, miscellaneous site work and piping, and other appurtenant work as shown in the plans and described in the specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and Bidders are required to bid on all Bid Sections. Project is being funded in part by USDA Rural Development. No pre-bid conference will be held.
