Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Communications Facility This notice is to serve as an opportunity for members of the public or the permitting agency to provide comment regarding potential effects to historic properties within one-and-a-half miles (1.5mi) of the location of a proposed 455-foot guyed tower telecommunications tower on the north side of County Road W51 between the intersections with Co Rds 19 & 21, in the township of Logan, Nebraska. Approximate coordinates for the proposed tower location are: 42 - 0 – 17.5N, -96 - 22 – 39.8W.
