Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Communications Tower Facility This notice is to serve as an opportunity for members of the public or permitting agency to provide comment regarding potential effects to historic properties within one-and-a-half miles (1.50mi) of the location of a proposed 455-foot guyed telecommunications tower on the north side of County Road W51 between the intersections of Co Rds 19 & 21, in the Township of Logan, Nebraska. The originally proposed access and utility corridors were revised to instead utilize an alternative route that provides access via County Road 19, southwest of the proposed tower location. Approximate coordinates for the proposed tower: 42–0–17.55N, 96–22–39.89W.
