NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 8:00 p.m. on August 21st, 2023, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: permitted conditional use permit pertaining to Section 5.06.03 and Section 7.10.02 regarding L15-16 & S2L14 BLOCK 28 RAILROAD ADDITION OAKLAND commonly known as 103 N. Park Ave. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the foregoing building permits and permitted conditional use permits.
