NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting following the budget / final tax levy meetings on September 18th, 2023, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: permitted conditional use permits pertaining to Section 5.06.03 and Section 7.10.02 regarding S3/4SW4 (4.94RD) 35-22-8 OAKLAND TWP Parcel # 423204700. Also regarding L1-2 & ½ Vac Ave, BLOCK 1, BREWSTER ADDITION, OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, BURT COUNTY commonly known as 604 East Third St. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the foregoing building permits and permitted conditional use permits.
