Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Lot Split of TR NWN4NE4 1-21-8 PERSHING TWP, ALL IN THE CITY OF OAKLAND, BURT COUNTY, NEBRASKA. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the foregoing building permits and permitted conditional use permits.
