NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 6:30 p.m. on August 16th, 2023, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: permitted conditional use permit pertaining to Section 5.06.03 and Section 7.10.02 regarding L15-16 & S2L14 BLOCK 28 RAILROAD ADDITION OAKLAND commonly known as 103 N. Park Ave. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing building permit and permitted conditional use permit.
