Also regarding L1-2 & ½ Vac Ave, BLOCK 1, BREWSTER ADDITION, OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, BURT COUNTY commonly known as 604 East Third St. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing building permit and permitted conditional use permit.
