First Ave and S200’ SL1L1 (EXL2SL2L1& EX. 28ACTR) 13TH ADDITION, OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, BURT COUNTY, commonly known as 712 N Osborn Ave. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing lot split permits.
