NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING VILLAGE OF DECATUR, NEBRASKA BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Board of Trustees of the Village of Decatur will hold a public hearing and meeting at 5:30 p.m. on October 12, 2023, at the Village auditorium, 913 S. Broadway, Decatur, NE 68020, to consider the following: an amendment to the Village’s zoning regulations to regulate, limit, and prohibit the placement and use of shipping, cargo, “CONEX,” or such similar containers within the Village’s zoning jurisdiction. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard and the Board of Trustees will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission and will determine whether the foregoing amendment to the Village’s zoning regulations should be made.
