NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING VILLAGE OF DECATUR, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission of the Village of Decatur will hold a public hearing and meeting at 7:00 p.m. on September 13, 2023, at the Village auditorium, 913 S. Broadway, Decatur, NE 68020, to consider the following: an amendment to the Village’s zoning regulations to regulate, limit, and prohibit the placement and use of shipping, cargo, “CONEX,” or such similar containers within the Village’s zoning jurisdiction. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the Village Board of Trustees whether the foregoing amendment to the Village’s zoning regulations should be made.
