PUBLIC NOTICE The Oakland Housing Authority has developed its’ Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Authority’s Office located at 100 N Aurora Ave, Oakland NE 68045. The Authority’s hours of operation are 8:00am – 11:00am Monday thru Friday. In addition, a public hearing will be held on May 1st, 2024 at 8:00am. The public is welcome to attend to view the Capital Fund 5-year statement and 2023 Annual Plan. The Oakland Housing Authority has held a public meeting in Compliance with Notice 25CFF Part 905 on May 1st, 2024 at the Authority’s office at 8:00am. ZNEZ OI 04-11-24
